Remuneration Policy
On 30 November 2023, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved the updated Company's remuneration policy applicable to the Company's CEO, members of the Board, the Supervisory Council and the Committees.This remuneration policy defines the principles and procedures for determining, paying and promoting remuneration and for taking decisions relating to remuneration for the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and for the members of the Supervisory Council, the members of the Management Board and the members of the Committees, who are independent or who are employees of a public body or of a governmental body.
