Pursuant to Article 372 of the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania, we provide information on transactions concluded by AB Klaipėdos Nafta with related parties:
- Regarding the transaction on transfer of regulated activities of liquefied natural gas terminal into the subsidiary UAB SGD terminalas (June 27th, 2019).
- Regarding the approval of the Supervisory Board and the planned transactions with the related party KN Açu Serviços de Terminal de GNL Ltda (February 4th, 2020).
- Regarding transaction with related party Klaipėda ID (November 18th, 2020)
