Notification about possible infringements
The Whistleblowing channel is an important means of good practice for preventing infringements and promoting transparency, wherefore KN employees, clients, contractors, suppliers, community members and other third parties are called to report on the Infringements allegedly committed, being committed or to be committed. After facing flat legal violations, KN employees are obliged to report on them immediately.
The Whistleblowing channel is open for all natural persons and legal entities: both existing and former KN employees, both former and potential KN clients, contractors, suppliers, and community.
You can provide information by sending an email to [email protected], calling, sending an SMS message to ph. +370 686 27056 or anonymously by completing the below-given form (information to be received by KN Chief Internal Audit or deputy internal auditor) about: violations of the Zero Tolerance for Corruption Policy; Abusive practices of employees, misuse of power or negligent non-performance of powers; Episodes of fraud and deception; Violations of the private interests declaration rules; Violations in carrying out KN procurement procedures; Confidential information management violations; Physical safety violations; Information or cyber security violations; Occupational safety, fire safety or environmental safety violations; Inappropriate conduct of contractors or partners (fraud, abuse of powers, failure to perform contractual obligations, and etc.); Other Violations allegedly committed, being committed or to be committed or other inappropriate conduct manifesting itself in discrimination or sexual harassment or violating other requirements and ethics principles provided for in the KN Code of Conduct.
You can also inform directly to the collegial bodies of the KN (Audit Committee and the Supervisory Board) by e-mail [email protected].
We recommend you to indicate as much detail as possible about the circumstances known to you (persons who committed or are committing infringement, location, time, persons who can confirm the circumstances, and other data you might consider relevant).
Do not be indifferent and let us all together ensure transparent activity of KN, raise awareness and zero-tolerance of KN employees and third parties to any forms of corruption able to exert a negative influence or cause damages to the KN reputation and image.

HOW LONG THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE INFRINGEMENT ARE EVALUATED AND WHAT KIND OF FEEDBACK CAN I EXPECT AS A WHISTLE-BLOWER?
- The response of Information about the infringement of high or very high significance shall be immediate;
- Medium-significance Information about the infringement processing time take up to 3 months;
- Low and very low significance Information about the infringement that requires a simple action to resolve is resolved within 1 month.
Obviously false, untrue Information about the infringement may not be considered / evaluated
- if violation due to corruption, abuse, fraud, etc., by the Prevention Manager (short-term actions).
- if the report concerns the improvement of work processes or services, the Prevention Manager forwards the notification to the responsible KN department (long-term actions).
If the Information about the infringement is not submitted anonymously, i.e. the Whistle-Blower has submitted the Information about the infringement by email:
- An automatic reply is sent to Whistle-Blower only when Disclosure received via e-mail.
- If the Whistle – blower is indicated, The Chief Internal Audit informs the Whistle-Blower by e-mail that his/her Disclosure has been received and the investigation has been initiated.
- The Whistle-Blower has been informed via e-mail about the results of the investigation.
